According to specified filter criteria the procedure enables the user to view and to print documents. In order to perform the print preview, it is necessary to click on 'Preview' button. The window, that opens the preview of document, has a series of buttons which enable the navigation within document (the four arrows). The number indicates the page on which the user is located. The other buttons enable the user to print, to configure the printed and to delete it, to choose document dimension, to export document to another different format.
